WorkFoundations (DEWR) Program
Creating Pathways to Meaningful, Paid Work
Coomaditchie is proud to deliver WorkFoundations, a Australian Government program through the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) that supports individuals on their journey toward employment.
Through WorkFoundations, participants engage in real-world experiences that build confidence, skills, and work-readiness, all within a culturally safe and supportive environment at Coomaditchie.
This is a paid opportunity for participants. We believe in valuing people's time, effort, and growth, and this program reflects that commitment.
Are You a Job Service Provider?
If you work with clients who are looking for paid work experience or community-based engagement, we want to hear from you. Coomaditchie is open to partnering with employment service providers to connect your clients with real opportunities in a supportive, culturally grounded setting. Get in touch to talk about how we can work together.
Are You on Unemployment Benefits, or Do You Know Someone Who Is?
WorkFoundations could be the right next step. This program is designed for people who are ready to build their confidence and take steps toward employment, at their own pace and in a place that feels safe and welcoming. Participants are paid for their time, and there is support every step of the way.
If this sounds like something you or someone you know could benefit from, please reach out. You do not have to have it all figured out to get started. We are here to help.
Why Coomaditchie?
WorkFoundations is delivered by a trusted local organisation with strong cultural and community ties. We offer a welcoming space where participants can grow and thrive, and we work flexibly with partners and participants to find the right fit. Participants are compensated for their time and contribution throughout the program.
