About the artwork: This huge area was a special place for the Aboriginal people, providing them with their essential needs. Camps were abundant and to get into them there were many walking trails leading to the camp from different areas. The trails provided many escapes from the camp when needed and were a special inlet and outlet area. Family camps were huge and small. They would all look after each other. They all had different roles within that family structure.
